Hi there! 2026 HYPHEN SUBMISSIONS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN.

We are currently accepting submissions up until APRIL 1st, 2026 to be considered for the 2026 HYPHEN PUBLICATION.
Hyphen is open to ALL Temple University undergraduates - you must be a current Temple student to submit.
NO LIMIT on pieces (written and visual combined) per person. Each submission must be submitted separately and each must have a cover letter provided in the "Cover Letter/Biography" section complete with the following information:
- Your name
- Your temple email address (ie. tua, tub, or tuc standard email only - no names)
- Your year of study (i.e. senior, fourth year, etc.)
Please note: DO NOT put your name on the work itself, as this ensures a fair assessment process. We WILL NOT REVIEW any submissions that have names on the work themselves.
You will see the "Cover Letter/Biography" section after clicking the "Written Submissions" or "Visual Art Submissions" link.
